Flatten PDF, from forms to the entire document
NewChoose how permanent the result should be: bake filled forms and visible comments into the page while keeping normal text selectable, merge only the currently visible PDF layers, or turn every page into a fixed image at 150 or 300 DPI. The tool detects which modes apply, explains the tradeoffs before processing, and keeps the entire job on your device.

A dedicated Delete Pages tool
NewPick pages to remove from a visual grid, across one PDF or several — add another file at any point and its pages join the same working set, clearly labelled by source. Delete a single page or a whole selection at once, each behind a confirmation, with a brief Undo on the toast that follows. Runs entirely on your device.

Tell the new PDF Assistant what to do
NewUse familiar tool shortcuts or a plain-language instruction to compress, convert to Word or images, rotate, split, crop, extract pages, remove pages, or add a watermark. Safe actions run locally inside the chat and return their downloads there; tools that need another file, a visual selection, or a password open their dedicated screen. Unsupported tools and conversion formats now receive a clear answer instead of being silently substituted.

A full-screen PDF chat workspace
ImprovedUploading a PDF opens a spacious chat workspace beneath the site header, with a collapsible page-preview rail, independently scrolling conversation, and pinned chat input. On mobile, open the compact file card to browse pages in a preview sheet. Page references jump to the matching preview without losing your place in the chat.
Chat with your PDF in English or Filipino
NewAsk follow-up questions with streaming replies, document-aware suggestions, and copy or PDF/text downloads. Includes a mobile chat composer, password-protected uploads, and a clearly disclosed 30-minute text session.

Sharper, simpler Edit PDF previews on mobile
ImprovedEdit PDF now opens a compact grid of sharp page thumbnails on phones. Tap a page to edit it in a focused single-page view, return to the grid from the Pages button, or open Manage pages to rotate, delete, reorder, and add pages. Desktop keeps its full page rail and workspace.

Redact PDF — take content out for good
NewMark anything sensitive by dragging over it, or search for a name or number and mark every match at once. The words are deleted from the file itself rather than covered with a black box, so nothing can be copied out from underneath. Where an area lands on a photo or an unreadable font, that page is flattened to an image instead — which removes it just as completely, and the tool tells you which pages.
Crop PDF — trim margins without losing quality
NewDrag a frame over the page to cut away margins or page furniture, with presets for A4, Letter and square, and a "remove margins" button that finds the content for you. Use one crop for the whole document, or a different one on every page for scans. Only the page boundaries change, so text stays selectable and nothing is re-rendered.
Keep your most-used tools one tap away
NewTap the star on any tool to make it a favourite. Favourites get their own filter on the home page and sit at the top of the Tools menu, so the ones you actually use are always first. No account needed — they are remembered on this device.

Build one editable PDF from several files
NewIn Edit PDF, select several PDFs to arrange their first-page previews and open them as one document. You can also insert another PDF later from the Pages rail, choosing exactly where its pages belong without losing your edits.
Protected PDFs now work across the toolkit
ImprovedA password prompt now appears automatically when a protected PDF is selected in a supported tool, then continues with an unlocked local copy. A consistent, delayed loading screen also makes longer file work and progress easier to follow.
Clearer image controls in Edit PDF
FixedThe larger text toolbar is easier to use, while a selected image now keeps its own Material delete button so image removal does not conflict with text formatting.
Smoother text editing in Edit PDF
ImprovedSelect a text paragraph to reveal its formatting controls, then format, move, resize, duplicate, or remove the whole selection. The clearer selection frame and touch-friendly controls also make editing easier on phones.

Images to PDF now has a real page preview
ImprovedAdd several JPG, PNG, WebP, or HEIC images at once, then drag them into order, rotate or remove individual pages, and choose page size, orientation, margins, and image fit before creating the PDF.
Cleaner success screens
ImprovedFinished files now go straight to the actions that matter — download, share, edit, or start over — without an embedded PDF or image preview getting in the way.
August 31, 2026
Scan several documents into one PDF
NewUse a full-screen phone camera with paper, receipt, ID, and business-card guide frames, live document outlines and optional auto-capture, perspective correction, scanner filters, page reordering, and one private on-device PDF.
A bigger, easier tools menu
ImprovedThe Tools menu in the top bar is wider and better organized on desktop, opens on hover, and can be driven with the arrow keys.
One hub for Word ↔ PDF conversion
ImprovedWord to PDF and PDF to Word now share one flexible tool: drop in several files at once — even a mix of both — and each converts through its own direction, with a preview before you download.
PDF to Image is now its own tool
NewSplit out of Convert PDF into a dedicated tool: choose JPG, PNG or WebP, pick which pages to export and the quality/DPI, then download a single image or a zip.
Sharper, more reliable editor rendering
FixedFixed blurry pages at some zoom levels, a rendering race that could show a stale page after fast edits, and stricter validation when adding images.
Clearer delete-page confirmation
ImprovedThe delete-page button in the editor now sits where the Rotate tool already put it, and the confirmation dialog before a page is removed is easier to read at a glance.
August 30, 2026
Real compress presets, with a live size estimate
ImprovedCompress PDF now offers Low/Recommended/High/Custom presets with actual image-quality and DPI controls, shows an estimated result size before you commit, and can compress several files in one batch.
Long filenames no longer break the layout on phones
FixedA very long file name used to force the whole page to scroll sideways on a phone. It now truncates cleanly instead.
Redesigned signature pad for desktop, plus editor fixes
ImprovedThe signature modal got a cleaner desktop layout. Alongside it: a text box no longer forgets your edits if you re-open it, and page thumbnails in the side rail no longer get stuck out of date.
Lock / Unlock PDF, with real AES-256 encryption
NewA new tool to password-protect a PDF or remove a password from one you already have — encrypted with AES-256, entirely on your own device.
Watermark redesigned with a live preview
ImprovedSee the watermark on the page as you adjust it, place it with a 3x3 grid, a repeating tile, or by dragging it into position.
More accurate Word-to-PDF conversion
FixedFixed shapes, cell padding and character spacing that could render wrong, and pagination bugs found by testing on real resumes.
Split PDF redesigned with a page-preview grid
ImprovedSee every page as a thumbnail and choose how to split — by range, by fixed size, or by picking exact split points.
A full-screen Tools menu on mobile
NewOn a phone, the nav bar's Tools button now opens a full-screen overlay listing every tool grouped by category, instead of a cramped dropdown.
Tools organized into categories
NewThe home page and nav menu now group every tool under Edit, Organize, Convert, Protect & Sign, and Scan, with filter chips to jump straight to one.
More accurate PDF-to-Word conversion
ImprovedImproved text density, pagination and layout when converting a PDF back into an editable Word document.
Rotate PDF redesigned as a page-thumbnail grid
ImprovedSee every page, rotate individually or all at once, and check the result before saving.
August 29, 2026
Convert between Word and PDF
NewWord to PDF and PDF to Word both ship, reading and writing the real file formats — not just extracting plain text.
Undo/redo now float beside zoom on mobile
ImprovedEasier to reach with a thumb, without hunting for a toolbar.
Full-screen signature pad on mobile
ImprovedSigning a document on a phone now gets a full-screen drawing pad instead of a cramped box.
Reorderable page merging and a shared preview panel
ImprovedMerge PDF pages can be dragged into order, Rotate gets a live upright preview, and both now share one consistent preview panel.
Editor rendering fixed, and usable on a phone
FixedCorrected PDF rendering issues and made the editor properly usable on mobile browsers.
August 25, 2026
Signature pad now draws correctly
FixedThe signature pad was drawing onto a canvas that was not actually mounted on screen. It now draws where you can see it, and is easier to use.
Crisper text editing in the editor
FixedSharper text while editing, a fully filled page rail, and clearer hover feedback.
August 24, 2026
Move and resize a text box while editing it
ImprovedA text box in the editor can now be repositioned and resized without leaving edit mode.
Every tool now has its own explainer page
NewEach tool page explains what it does, when to use it, and what it will not do — before you upload anything.
Tagalog/Taglish guides for every tool
NewStep-by-step guides at /gabay, in both English and Filipino, for merging, splitting, compressing, converting, rotating, watermarking and editing.
Long PDFs no longer crash the editor
ImprovedPage rendering in the editor is now virtualised, so a document's length no longer decides whether opening it survives.
August 23, 2026
Text selection bug fixed
FixedCorrected a bug affecting text selection in the editor.
PDF Tool PH launches
NewFree PDF tools that run entirely in your browser — no upload, no sign-up, no watermark — starting with Merge, Split and Edit PDF.
